NATURAL NUTRITIONAL REPAIR & FORTIFICATION
Being a healthcare consumer is harder than ever. One day we read an article in a magazine or the Sunday paper that explains how effective Vitamin A is for preventing cancer; the very next day, you hear on the late night news, that taking Vitamin A is toxic and can even cause cancer! Totally confused, we often wonder...who to believe? And that, often, is how we start our collection. We all have them! What I'm talking about is the variety of vitamin pill bottles we have in our kitchen cupboard - stuff that we've bought over the years but, probably have stopped taking. People have a hard time throwing them away because they spent money on them. There is one thing we know for certain, frustration occurs! Because we feel lousy, have gained weight, and have a lack of knowledge about what we should be doing we stop doing anything. So, here are questions that we need to ask:
1. Why do I need supplements/vitamins and how long do I need them?
2. I already have a vitamin from a reputable company; why should I try what you recommend?
3. How do I know what supplements I need to take?
One of my favorite questions...
4. Can I take them with my donut and coffee in the morning?
Essentially, to address the above four most commonly asked questions; I will offer you this information... what you do eat and don’t eat can make you sick!
Most of us do not eat enough raw fruits and vegetables. Also, the depleted soils that our mass-produced foods are grown in, coupled with the processing and packaging of these foods, has created a nutritionally deficient food product to meet our nutritional needs. Bottom line...we need whole vitamins and supplements with trace minerals to optimize our nutritional status and our overall health. If we are not getting them in our diet, we need to get them from a product that offers us best possible whole food, nutrient dense nutritional support for the money we have spent.
Vitamins are big business. Millions of dollars are spent on how to market a product. Because of that high-priced marketing, we all have bottles of vitamins somewhere in the house. Those products are almost exclusively synthetic, made from chemicals in a factory/laboratory. We prefer that people take whole food concentrates! These are naturally grown food products, dehydrated and processed with low temperatures (less than 112 degrees) in order to maintain all of the reactive enzymes within the whole foods which our body can utilize in a natural way. They are nutrient dense for optimal nutritional support. It makes a substantial difference!
However…one thing is true, supplements are only beneficial if we take them. A commitment has to be made for the long-term. If you are frustrated about feeling lousy, tired, sleepy, dopey... it's time for a change! Any change should certainly include diet modifications. Yet, change is not always easy. Eventually, we have to realize that we all have choices. We can either choose to work towards improving our health or we can leave our health to chance. If you think the time is right for a change, we are here to help you. Diet, nutrition and/or weight management analysis and recommendations are all a phone call away. Make a choice to improve your health: don’t leave your future health to chance. And, by the way...I wouldn't be taking your supplements with your donut and coffee in the morning!
